Policy
In cases of rescheduling or cancelations, the deposit made is non-refundable. In regards to rescheduling, the deposit may be moved one time to a new date without penalty, if notice is given within 48 hours. If given a shorter notice, the deposit is forfeit entirely.
If you will be late by more than 30 minutes (without communication) on your appointment day, it will be assumed that you are a no-call/no-show, in relation to deposit forfeit - and losing the appointment slot.
If scheduling becomes problematic, a larger deposit may be required to attempt further booking dates.
This is a universal practice within the tattoo industry, and this deposit does a number of things:
It blocks off a time slot in which others can not book.
It makes an assurance that the client will be there.
It also goes towards the tattoo total, and any preparation necessary (which may include drawing research and drawing time).
